As you step into the In-Patient area of our hospital, we initiate a personal relationship with you.
At the In-Patient Department (IPD) reception, the front-office assistant will receive you and help you check-in through the hospital information system. Your medical records will be maintained and stored for all future reference. The front-office assistant will then guide you to the counselors, who will explain the admission process to you.
Further, you will be requested to make an advance payment, for which you will be given a receipt. The front-office assistant will acquaint you with the hospital, your room and various facilities available, and ensure that you are comfortable in your new environment.
The hospital counselors are available close to the IPD Reception for financial counseling (package, non-package and multispeciality procedures).
The counselors/IPD receptionists can be contacted for all queries regarding room bookings, package details etc. (call extension 166). The counseling cell assists you at the time of admission and will also help you at the time of discharge.
For patients who are referred through medical insurance agencies, TPAs, counseling is done in the corporate office on the ground floor.
For patients who are referred or directly admitted through emergency under Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme, counseling is done in the ECHS office on ground floor in the OPD Wing.
As a ECHS patient, you are requested to submit essential documents.
